HOW MUCH WILL IT COST
GALLERY
I will visit you at home for a consultation. Together, we will explore your garden's possibilities and how you want to use your garden.
On my next visit I will carry out a site survey and analysis. Detailed measurements will be taken of your garden, as well as soil samples and other important site information. This usually takes around an hour depending on the size an complexetiy of the site. If your garden is very large, or lies on a sloping site for example, it is usual to tender this process out to a qualified surveyor.

I will advise  at the consultation stage if a surveyor needs to be brought in. You may wish to save time and money by arranging your own surveyor before hand.
Once I have all the necessary and detailed information, I will then go away and
draw up concept drawings outlining my design proposals. This will take around two weeks. At this stage, if you are not happy with any part of the design it can be tweaked and rearranged before we proceed further.
Once you are satisfied, the final design plan will be drawn up. The whole process will take around six weeks.

Designs By Post

This is a good  way of keeping costs down. You provide accurate measurements of your garden, including photos and a brief, and I do the rest. Once Finished and subject to your approval, the completed design is posted back to you.

Design And Plant

Plans are drawn up, subject to you approval, and the landscape work is tendered out. You can provide a landscaper, or I can source one for you.

I can manage the project to ensure the garden is built to plan, without missing bits out, and to the highest standard.

Once constructed, I will personally source high quality plans making sure the right plant goes in the right place.
Planting Plans

Planting plans can be used separately or drawn up after full presentation plans, and show exactly where each plant is to be planted. They are also a good way of giving your garden a ‘face lift’ without the expense of a full over haul.  I can provide exciting and vibrant planting plans to bring the life and sparkle back into your garden.

Construction Drawings

If your plan includes structures such as a new flight of steps or a pergola then these are a vital tool, used to communicate construction details to a contractor or client if they intend to self build. They are detailed enough so that there are no questions left unanswered, and include important information such as the dimensions and materials used for construction.

Aftercare Service

Every planting plan comes with free comprehensive advice on how to look after your new plants to ensure they get off to a good start.
